TREND DGP/IP/HR DG/PRO INNER PLATE HOT ROD

Accessory inner plate template for use with the Drainer Groove Pro jig to create grooves for hot rod in solid timber and solid surface worktops.
Made from 12mm hardwearing CNC machined phenolic.
Accepts hot rods of size 100mm, 200mm, 300mm and 400mm.
Requires suitable plunge router with 30mm guide bush.
Use Ref. C054AX1/2TC, R6.35mm cove (12.7mm diameter) for standard 12.7mm rods, or Ref. C053CX1/2TC, R6mm cove (12mm diameter) for 12mm rods. Use other cove cutters for other rod diameters. It is desirable to recess the rods into the worktop by approximately one third to one half of the rod diameter.
Hot rods not included.
Must be used with the DG/PRO jig frame.
