DeWalt 397118-00 replacement spare Guide Plate For DCS365, DHS780, DW017, DW712, DW717, DW718, DWS780 D27111 and D27112 Sliding Mitre Saws.
The guide plates are located within the cast housing that the chrome sliding tube rails pass through. The upper plate acts as a clamp to prevent the tube rails from sliding when the thumbturn knob is tightened. The tube rails are usually secured for transport of during set repetitive work.
