DESCRIPTION

Milwaukee Bi-Metal Cobalt Hole Dozer Hole Saw 35mm - Pack of 1

Technical data:
Diameter: 35mm
Diameter: 1 3/8 inch
Max. Cutting depth: 41mm

Tooth design:
The variable 4-6 tooth / inch tooth pitch with an angle of inclination of 10 ° offers the following advantages:
- Faster and more aggressive cutting: the teeth stay sharp longer due to the better dissipation of the heat generated during cutting.
- Deeper-curved teeth allow more efficient chip removal, preventing clogging and heat build-up.
- Specially designed tooth nails are less likely to create holes with uneven edges on thinner materials.
- Inclined teeth to minimize joints and friction.
- Requires less effort: can be achieved with a combination of aggressive tooth placement and good chip cleaning, which requires less effort during drilling.

Tooth material:
- The figured part of the crown drills is made of the best Matrix II high-speed steel. Matrix II steel contains 8% cobalt, which means that the teeth retain their original hardness even at high operating temperatures when cutting metals.
- Bimetallic design: the high-speed steel teeth are fixed to the core alloy steel body by laser welding. Teeth are cured under vacuum up to 65 HRC at 600 ° C for maximum durability and utility.
- Thanks to the high abrasion resistance of Matrix II steel, these hole saws are also ideal for cutting heavy and hard materials such as stainless and acid-resistant steel, as well as softer materials such as wood.

Hole saw body:
- The 1.27 mm thick steel hole saw body holds its shape firmly but is also flexible.
- The effective cutting depth is 41 mm.

Back panel design:
- The back panel of the hole saw is made of thick steel, so the size of the holes will not be larger than the desired size. This back gives strength and rigidity to reduce vibration.
- 4-hole guide for easier placement of the clamping pin.
- Perfectly designed rear round plate for good centering, which is especially important for larger diameter hole saws.
- Diagonal grooves for debris removal and removal

Applications:
- Good rotary accuracy is ensured by high quality manufacturing technologies, so these hole saws can be used with both hand and stand drills (can only be installed by hand).
- This high-quality hole saw series is perfect for cutting all materials: max. 1000 N / mm 2 hardness steel, stainless and acid-resistant steel, non-ferrous metals, cast iron, aluminum, wood, medium density fibreboard, gypsum board, sandwich materials, PVC
