This die is designed to be used in cutting a variety of materials including aluminum up to 10 gauge, mild steel up to 16 gauge and stainless steel up to 18 gauge. It features an industrial design for smooth cutting and long life. The die is quick and easy to install. For use with the Makita Punch (A-83951) on Makita 16 gauge nibblers. It is a direct replacement for the die on the Makita JN1601.
