A DeWalt 18V Armature For The DCS380 Reciprocating Saw
This original DeWalt replacement spare part works by using magnets to create motion within the motor. The commutator (the brass-coloured panels near the bottom bearing) keeps the field flipping, so that the rotor keeps rotating.
