The Fein 64303006010 Guide Roller has a 19.80mm diameter and is designed for 45° bevels with a 1.2mm radius on compatible Fein AKFH beveling machines. Its conical shape reduces the contact area with the workpiece edge, helping lower frictional resistance and improve guidance on profiled edges. For full 16-fold use of the R1.2mm radius indexable insert, both corresponding guide rollers are required so both radius cutting edges on each insert edge can be utilised.
