FEIN  HSS SPECIAL 25 core drill bit with 3/4 in Weldon fitting, designed to drill through multilayered and stacked steel in a single pass without core removal. Ideal for retrofitting existing structures and vehicle frame construction. The special cutting geometry produces clean, low-burr holes, while the robust HSS construction with 64 HRC cutting edges provides high impact and shock resistance in S235 steel and aluminium. The core bit can be resharpened multiple times to extend service life and reduce costs. FEIN specifies up to 120 holes / 6 m service life under optimum test conditions. The HSS SPECIAL 25 range is available in 12–35 mm diameters with a 25 mm cutting depth.
